STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All reservations made through Localing Australia are subject to availability and booked on an ‘on request’ basis. All requests will be responded to within 24 hours. Localing Australia Pty. Ltd. is registered for Australian GST (10%).

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled outside of 14 days of a tour’s departure will receive a 100% refund.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days but outside of 72 hours of a tour’s departure will receive a 50% refund.

No refund is possible within 72 hours of a tour’s departure.

All amendments and rescheduled tour date requests within 72 hours are subject to a change fee of $50 plus any additional costs incurred.

Different terms and/or surcharges may apply in peak periods, on public holidays, for large groups and third-party add-ons.

*Weather is not a reason to cancel except in extreme circumstances. Guests are advised to dress appropriately for a range of weather conditions.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

By agreeing to participate in any experience/s operated by Localing Australia Pty. Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries, guests acknowledge there may be a reasonable degree of risk associated and all guests are required to complete a release form. Localing Australia Pty. Ltd. has comprehensive $20,000,000 public liability insurance and comprehensive risk assessment and management policies and procedures in place to ensure a reasonable duty of care has been met.
