Stroll down James Street, Burleigh’s vibrant hub, where you’ll find an array of boutique shops, artisanal stores, and local markets. Pick up unique souvenirs, locally designed pieces, art, and tokens of your travels for your loved ones. Or head to Burleigh Hill for morning tea, a favourite hangout amongst locals, for the most breathtaking panoramic ocean view. 

A visit to the iconic Currumbin Sanctuary will tick off all of your Australian wildlife bucket list items. Wander through these gorgeous grounds, feed a kangaroo, hold a koala and learn how this treasured place is supporting conservation. 

Choose your own adventure for the next portion of your day… Stay local and be led to secret rock pools and waterfalls, or take a drive to the lush landscapes of the Gold Coast hinterland for a relaxed stroll that leads you to the tranquil sights and sounds of Curtis Falls and more.
