Stroll through the vines at Spedding & Gabrielle vineyards as your host unpacks the influence of elevation, soil, and climate on the region’s cool-climate varietals. Return to the private tasting room for a guided masterclass, sampling a curated selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that showcase the essence of these coastal vineyards.

Second Stop| Wine-Paired Lunch & Sculpture Park at Pt. Leo Estate
Settle in for a three-course lunch with paired wines at Pt. Leo Estate, one of the Peninsula’s most celebrated dining destinations. Overlooking Western Port Bay, the estate seamlessly blends fine wine, art, and nature. After lunch, take a leisurely stroll through the Sculpture Park, home to an extraordinary collection of large-scale works set against sweeping vineyard and ocean views.

Explore at Your Own Pace
The afternoon is yours to enjoy however you like. You might choose to visit another winery, where your host will tailor the experience to your tastes, or take a slow wander along the Peninsula’s stunning beaches, feeling the ocean breeze and taking in the coastal views. If you’re keen to spot some local wildlife, there are plenty of hidden pockets where kangaroos and native birdlife can be found. 

Whatever you choose, your host will ensure the rest of the day flows seamlessly before the relaxed journey back to Melbourne by 6pm.
